The Campaign for the Institutionalization of Hip-Hop provides each of us with the opportunity to shape the future of the National Museum of Hip-Hop, the hip-hop industry and culture, and the state of the communities most influenced by Hip-Hop. The task before us is to raise money to provide the resources to create facilities, programs, and technologies commensurate with our vision. The generous support of fans and friends—your support—will determine the Campaign’s success.
There is no better way to provide support for the Campaign for the Institutionalization of Hip-Hop than through a naming gift. A naming gift confers public recognition on the giver, linking his or her name with the National Museum of Hip-Hop. It can also serve as a way to honor or memorialize a loved one, pay tribute to an individual, or give something back to hip-hop communities worldwide. Whether by helping to build the new facility, provide exciting new technologies, or enhance resources to attract and nurture the best patrons and staff, naming gifts are the means by which donors can participate most fully in the Campaign for the Institutionalization of Hip-Hop. For a detailed list of naming opportunities, please consult an NMoH Development Representative.
NMoH’s Planned Giving Program enables donors to make substantial gifts to the Museum in ways that will compliment their personal financial planning. Vital philanthropic funds to help build the National Museum of Hip-Hop’s future can be donated in a variety of ways that make financial sense for donors and bring them financial benefits. The Museum’s Office of Planned Giving can help donors tailor bequests and structure gifts of life insurance and other assets.
